These terms are the deal when you play Price Royale or use our website. By playing or using our website, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, you may not use our website, game, or services.
1. Playing the game
Price Royale is free to play. You must be at least 13 years old. We give you a random username; it’s yours to use but not to sell or transfer. We may change, pause or end parts of the game at any time.
2. Play fair
No bots, scripts, multiple accounts, or tampering with the app or its servers to boost scores. If we see cheating, we may remove scores from leaderboards or close the account.
3. Prices and products
Prices are checked when each round is made and may have changed since. They’re for the game only, not an offer to sell anything. Product names and images belong to their owners, and showing them doesn’t mean the brand endorses us.
4. Ads, sponsors and links
The game contains ads, and sponsored offers are labeled as sponsored. Some product links are affiliate links, so we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Anything you buy is between you and the store; we aren’t responsible for other sites, their products or their offers.
5. Our stuff
The Price Royale name, look, characters and code belong to us. You can share screenshots and results; please don’t copy or resell the game.
6. No guarantees
The game is provided “as is”. We do our best, but we can’t promise it will always be available, error-free, or that prices are accurate. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or incidental losses from using the game, and our total liability is limited to $10. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be waived.
7. Ending things
You can stop anytime and delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
8. The legal bits
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas / USA. If we change them, we’ll update the date above; continuing to play means you accept the new version. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data. If you downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play, their standard terms for apps also apply.
